examination of war laws both past and present. The author’s credentials include
being a professor at the University of South Carolina School of Law. Date-wise
this publication is important include because it is a post 9/11 persepective.
The authors main goal in this article is to inform about Armed Conflict Law,
the nature of the “enemy” and a look at terrorism and how it defies regular
rules of engagement. The publishing source of this article generally targets an
audience that fits the following description: Patriotic. This audience would be
interested in this subject because it provides a look at the direction of law
since 9/11 and would generally disagree wit the author’s perspective on the
topic. The author incorporates the following type of evidence: legal, circumstantial,
physical. This evidence builds credibility because it looks at legal
documentation and instated laws, but is also limited because it is written
before the NDAA was put into effect on January 1, 2012. Based on my own
opinions experiences, and research, both agree and disagree with this author. I
do not agree with many of the laws put into effect since 9/11 but I agree with
the light the author sheds on them. I think the article is important to include
in my essay because it gives a solid look at the evolution of combat laws and
treaties.

article is to inform and teach it’s readers a view of 9/11 through the lens of
Christianity, and comparatively, Islam. The publishing source of this article
generally targets an audience that fits the following description: Scholarly, Curious,
and Genuine. This audience would be interested in this subject because it provides
a collection of authoritative articles serving as an analysis of the events
that took place on September 11th, 2001 and would generally agree
with the author’s perspective on the topic. The author incorporates the
following type of evidence: legal, circumstantial, physical, political,
analytical, cultural, and social. This evidence builds credibility because it
is a compiled volume of 12 articles all written by scholarly, reputable individuals,
but is also limited because it is written through a religious viewpoint. Based
on my own opinions experiences, and research, both agree and disagree with the
authors of this collection. I think the article is important to include in my
essay because it provides a solid biblical based source.

being a professor of philosophy and theology. Date-wise this publication is important
include because it is a multi-generational breakdown of the 9/11 Commission Report
for the current time reader to understand. The authors main goal in this
article is to inform about the many discrepancies and holes in the 9/11 CR. The
publishing source of this article generally targets an audience that fits the
following description: Truthers. This audience would be interested in this
subject because it provides a bullet by bullet breakdown of where,why, and how
the 9/11 CR is wrong, and would generally agree with the author’s perspective
on the topic. The author incorporates the following type of evidence: concrete.
This evidence builds credibility because it looks at each point of the 9/11 CR
and proves it to be either false or lacking information, but is also limited because
it could be taken as being a bit opinionate. Based on my own opinions
experiences, and research, I agree totally with this author. I think the
article is important to include in my essay because it gives me a blow by blow
of everything that is wrong with the 9/11 CR and the main stream beliefs about
9/11.

of the events that occurred. The authors main goal in this article is to inform
the reader of the “official” story concerning 9/11. The publishing source of
this article generally targets an audience that fits the following description:
DUMB. This audience would be interested in this subject because it provides a issue
by issue account of the “official” version of events. The author incorporates the following type of
evidence: concocted. This evidence builds credibility because the men in the
black suits say it to be so, but is also limited because it almost completely made
up. Based on my own opinions experiences, and research, I disagree totally with
this author. I think the article is important to include in my essay because it
is the official version of events and essentialy what I am challenging in my
essay, or at least, presenting a different view point.
